Important Delta Stem Raiser Recall Notice 

Dear Partners, 

It has come to our attention that the installation instructions for the Delta Stem Raiser (TD3318S and TD3318B) and Delta Stem Raiser Pro (TD3418S and TD3418B) have the incorrect torque specification. The correct torque specification for the “side bolts” should be 20nm. The SKUs included are: 

You should stop selling this item immediately. 

To fix this situation we ask the following: 

1)  A list of all your inventory of items TD3318B, TD3318S, TD3418B, TD34184S - Delta will provide kits to fix all your inventory with spares to accommodate any subsequent inquiries. 

2)  Delta has asked that you please contact all customers that you are able to with the attached letter. 

3)  Please display the below poster in a prominent position in your store. 

4)  After completing steps 1 & 2 Delta will offer free product to compensate you for time spent on this issue.
